Super fashion model Adriana Lima shattered more than a few hearts this Valentine’s Day as she tied the knot with NBA star Marko Jaric in a small private ceremony in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The news was exclusively reported by People magazine.

Lima, 27, is a Brazilian supermodel who famously works as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. Jaric, 29, plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

“We are so excited about our future together,” Lima said. “And we are really looking forward to a big romantic wedding this summer with all of our friends and family.”

Most NBA stars usually have women drooling over them and a Victoria’s Secret model is definitely a hit among the men. They sure make a nice match. The highly-desired singles decided to pair up after a chance meeting in 2006. They got engaged last June, on Lima’s 27th birthday. Calling himself a tough-nut for love, Jaric admitted that Lima’s entry into his life turned things around. “I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint,” Jaric told People last March. “Now, it’s a little different situation.”

The couple is planning to hold a lavish wedding party in Brazil or Jaric’s native Serbia, this summer. Rumors regarding Lima’s pregnancy had been doing rounds after a post on Myspace page read, “There are rumors of me pregnant. I just cannot say…YET.” However, a publicist for the model says that Lima’s profile on MySpace is not genuine, saying, “The MySpace page is a fake.”

“I’m not pregnant,” Lima clearly said through her rep Liza Anderson. The site has been taken down. “Marko and Aridana are very happy, but not with child,” Anderson said. “They plan on having a family one day in the future. But not now.”
